LMAO, yesterday I was blogging bout nice and yummy food but today I am talking bout FAT. Sorry for being so sarcasm.... !! But enjoying nice food on special occasions is okay.... don't worry, cause it's only once in a while but not all the time..right?
Alright, let's get back to the main topic of today-FAT!!! Hands up if you really hate people call you a fatty or use fat to describe you... wanna get rid of this tittle? Ya !!! Am here today to share with you guys, how I went through this.
Around 5-6 years back, when I was studying in Secondary school time, I used to have a nickname "FeiPo" (Fat Girl)... ya... this is how my friends they called me, but even now, they are still calling me. May be they are just joking or whatever, but... frankly speaking, I HATE THAT seriously !!!! Tell me, which girls love to be called as a fatty???
Ya, may be my bff was too skinny and when everyone looking at us standing together, and I am like double size of her. I remember I was about 52kg during my secondary school time. Ya, my height is only 155cm... so, it's actually abit "unhealthy" in term of taking photograph.
I even cried and hated myself being that fat and thus, I don't keep many photos of my secondary school time. Ya, may be I am petty, but I thanks those who call me fatty, and make me wanna change, and how I've changed today and still continue. !!!! So now, let's see how do I really look like in the past.
Ya, I know what you want to say... round body, elephant legs, round face ....and one words... "You're damn fat"...!!! Okay...ya..I know... I know... But, see... Who am I today....

Of course, this is not easy, I have tried so many ways out to get slimmer and slimmer, but sometimes, all those yummy food is just too nice and I can't resist. Don't you agree? My weight just like roller coaster...up and down... fluctuations like the stock markets. Whenever I told my friends I wanna slim down, guess what they said, "wait until you die you also won't slim down la !!!" You know what, I really feel challenged and I hate it so much.....!!!!!
So, what did I do? I did tried some slimming products, but, I don't recommend you guys to do this, it's not good for health. What we want is slim down in a healthy way and smart way. So here's the tips :
1. Look into the mirror and say, " I HATE YOU, FATTY!!!"
2. Look at the food and say, " I HATE YOU!!!"
3. Tell yourself, you want to prove to everyone you can !!!!! Not only the weight will go down, but you want to look physically slim down and when they see you they give you a "wow".
Ya, I am a perfectionist, I want to look good in anywhere anytime !!! So, you must have the determination. Before I share with you guys what diet plan I took, there is 3 MORE that you need to know :
1. Drink MORE water. (It prevent constipation and improve digestion system)
2. Do MORE exercise. (Don't be lazy... even slow jogs also will do. Or you can choose to walk faster.)
3. Get MORE sleep. (Not to ask you sleep whole day, but, sleep early... don't you know sleep late can make you become even fatter?)
Oh ya!!! Please.... don't skip your breakfast... so now, Let's me share with you the diet plan.You will be able to lost your weight 1-3 kg in one week.
Note : Do change the menu, as it has some "chemical reaction".
Just follow exactly what I shared down here:
*Reminder: This diet plan can only be taken for 3 days, after three days, normal diet for the rest 4 days (light diet, no oily food and eat less). Which means that every week, you will spend 3 continuous day for this diet menu. *JUST 3 DAYS A WEEK*
Day 1:
Breakfast : Coffee/Tea (without sugar, without ice) | 1/2 Grapefruit (Not grapes, is grapefruit, it's different,grapefruit is what I shown in the picture above) | 1 toasted bread | 2 teaspoon of peanut butter
Lunch : Coffee/Tea (without sugar, without ice) | 1/2 cup of dry tuna (tuna in water, NOT tuna in mayonnaise) | 1 toasted bread
Dinner : Coffee/Tea (without sugar,without ice) | 1 pcs of sandwich ham | 1 cup of frenchbean \ 1 cup of grapes | 1 small apple | 1 scope of vanilla ice cream
*Note : Day 1 is abit tough, but tell yourself " You wanna be pretty or handsome!!!!You WANNA SLIM DOWN" If you feel hungry... drink more water. For those who have gastric like me, can replace coffee or tea by drinking water.
Day 2:
Lunch : Coffee/Tea (without sugar, without ice) | 1 cup of yogurt | 2 pcs of crackers (salted not sugar)
Dinner : Coffee/Tea (without sugar, without ice) | 2 hot dogs | 1 cup of braccoli | 1/2 cup of grapes | 1/2 banana | 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream
*You will feel lighter in day 2*
Day 3 :
Breakfast : Coffee/Tea (without sugar, without ice) | 1 pc of crackers (salted) | 1 apple
Lunch : Coffee/Tea (without sugar, without ice) | 1 hard boiled egg | 1 toasted bread
The 4th -7th day, go on with your normal diet but don't be over. *Less Sugar, Less Ice, Less Oil * Recommend light meal and don't eat rice. *this is my way, but it's up to you to choose your normal diet.
Reminder :
1. If you are hungry, drink more water
2. Must have determination.
3. I have no any responsibility on this, if you start following this plan, you have agreed you will take the responsibility on your own. (btw, it works on me, I am not sure it works on you or not)
4. During the three days, don't do exercise.
5. Do exercises during your normal diet day.
So, you want to be the one who people laugh at you, or people give you all the compliments? I want compliments !!! Cause I hate it when I am called fatty and I hate it when my boyfie looking at other hotties !! I want to be the one he is looking at !!! So, start today my friends !!!! Don't be lazy !!!
