1. Cleanse
When we talk about skin care, many of us just remember that skin care routine is very important, but, do you know that cleansing is one of the way to take care of your skin? And cleansing plays an important role.
Remember to cleanse your face deeply if you have make up.
Remove Eye MakeUp
- Remember to use Eye Remover to remove eye makeup. Eyes area are the most sensitive area, gently remove your eye makeup with a mild and gentle eye remover.
Note : Do not use face cleanser to remove eye makeup, cause some of the face cleanser is too strong for your eyes
Face Cleansing
- Usually I will use cleansing oil/milk to cleanse my face before I wash my face with cleansing foam. Some makeup products we use are waterproof. So, it is very important to cleanse your face with cleansing oil first.
Note : Don't rub your face too harsh, gently wipe off the makeup on your face.
Then, wash your face with cleansing foam and rinse it with water. Even when you wake up from bed, remember to wash your face too, but just gently with cleansing foam or water is enough in the morning.
2. Don't Wear Makeup to Bed
Girls, do not ever sleep with makeup on cause your nightmare will be very near to you.
Sleep with makeup on will increase the chances for your skin to age. So, no matter how tired you are, remember, remove your make up !!! Do not be lazy.
3. Allow Your Skin a Day-Off
When you are tired, you have to give yourself a break, so do your face. Your face are working everyday for you when you put on makeup for them. They can hardly breathe. So, give them 2-3 days off for a week. No make up at all !
Many girls afraid of taking off their makeup, they claim that their skin conditions are not good. But, do you want to look good in just a moment or a long term? So, let's your skin take a breathe.
Note : You can skip all your make up during the day off of your skin, but, don't forget the basic skin care routine. Cleanse, Tone and Moisture. Only these 3 simple steps allow during the day off, no make up!
4. Drink more water, Eat more Fruits.
How much water should we intake for one day? Usually, we will replied 8 glasses. I knew this since primary school. But, base on the weather nowadays, guess, we need to drink more. Around 12-15 glasses per day. Instead of drinking 2 liters of water per day, I think we should increase it too 3 liters per day.
If you want a glowing skin, it's not only from the effort of how much products you apply, but is the effort how you take care of your body.
Instead of taking supplement, why don't you eat fresh fruits? Fruits that contains of high vitamin C is very helpful to our skin. (kiwi, orange, lemon, papaya, etc)
Note : You can add a slice of lemon into your drinking water everyday. It helps to whitening your skin :D
5. Sleep Early
Sleep on time, your there will be no pimples on your face !! Try to sleep before 11pm.
6. Don't Smoke, Less Alcohol
