[Laneige 1st Boutique Opening Media Event @ Sunway Pyramid]

Hi dearies,finally this post is up. Sorry for the delay. Guess what ? LANEIGE Malaysia 1^st boutique is now opened at Sunway Pyramid!! I was so excited when I get this news and I am blessed that I have been invited to their media event at their boutique and the new launch of their 2014 Makeup Colour Series. Nothing much but photos today ! ^^ Let's have a boutique tour ...

Well well well, I took this because it's the event of the day, and most important is, it is pink colour! *Aww* That day, all of the beautiful ladies from LANEIGE were wearing pink color !!!!!! Hmm... a bit regret why I don't dress up in pink...

The design of the boutique !! I like it very much.. it’s white color and I feel like it’s winter. This boutique features a K-Beauty area and also a dedicated wall for Homme products. Besides, guess what? There is a secret tunnel behind the wall of the counter... haha !! What's the secret tunnel? It's a small room that allow for some makeup workshop, discussion and event !! OMG?! *waiting*

They call this Skin Care Island.

LANEIGE’s boutique is different with others cosmetics boutique, they have a sink beside this skin care island, so that you can try their facial wash product on the spot but not only on your hand. Besides, you can also try all their products on your face. 

  

This is the Skin Care Wall where the products are well categorized. There are products descriptions and prices as well.

K-Beauty Area. The area I love the most and I guess every girls love this !!! Can you see the mirror over there? It's like a studio makeup room !!!

After the boutique tour and speech by Winnie, we were adjourned to Fuzion @ Sunway Resort Hotel for Makeup Demonstration and Presentation on Laneige’s 2014 Make up collection.

Makeup artist Cat Koh, Laneige Global Makeup Trainer is doing Makeup Demonstration. Guess what, she is also the makeup artist who as a special guest in the drama “That Winter the wind Blow”.

[Inspired by Korean "Mul-Gwang" Look X Laneige Silk Intense Lipstick]

I ain’t a Korean freak that follows all the Korean Drama time to time. But, I were introduced by my friends to one drama that they were watching “That Winter, The Wind Blow.” Since it sounds so nice from my friends, I went through few episode (I know I am late, “better late than never !!” Hahaha!!). I am so in love with Song Hye Kyo's “Mul-Gwang” look in the drama. She looks so watery, natural and innocent.  

“Mul Gwang” look or the watery look is the current makeup trend in Korea. The women apply water-based makeup base to get that watery glowing effect. It doesn’t only make them glow healthily but at the same time it hydrates the skin. “Mul-Gwang” look doesn’t cake the face.

The key to achieve “Mul-Gwang” Look is HYDRATION! Apply thin layer of makeup base that has a smooth and light watery texture. Laneige’s Water Supreme range is the only choice as it gives water-based make up and also help to moistures the skin.

Tips to achieve watery look:

Dos:

Eyeliner : Apply eyeliner to upper eyes and get as close as possible to the eyelashes.

Eyebrow : Eyebrow colours should be one tone lighter than your hair colour.

Don’ts

Do not apply so much foundation.
